Refunds

Because the sale is made by Gumroad as merchant of record, the refund is issued by Gumroad, to the same payment method you used.

We do not handle money and cannot issue a refund directly. We can however request it on your behalf, and we do so without objection.

You have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the purchase, as provided by European consumer protection law.

This right applies and you do not need to justify your decision.

You cancel the subscription directly through Gumroad, which is the provider that charges it.

Cancellation stops charging from the next month. The month you have already paid for is not refunded, but you keep access until the end of it.

The subscription gives immediate access to digital content. If you began using it within the first fourteen days, the European right of withdrawal may no longer apply for that period, as the service has already been provided. If you did not use it at all, write to us and we will sort it out.

If something did not work — the stream stalled, your account did not recognise you — do not ask for a refund before writing to us. Most things are solved immediately.

The simplest route: reply to the receipt message Gumroad sent you and ask for a refund.

If you find that difficult, write to us at doric.music.tales@hotmail.com from the address you used for the purchase, and we will forward it.

You will receive back the amount together with the tax that was paid.

If the download link expired, if the file would not download, or if something is broken — do not ask for a refund before writing to us.

Reissuing a link is free, unlimited and immediate. Most of the time the problem is solved in a few minutes and you keep the music.

That the music is produced with artificial intelligence is stated openly on every release page, before the purchase.

The material can be heard for free before you pay — as a sample here and in full on our channel. We do not sell surprises.

This does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal described above.
