Venue licence

It is an annual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the releases specified in the agreement to be played as background music within your specific venue — restaurant, café, shop, cultural centre, community hall, event space.

The licence is granted per venue. Multiple locations or festivals are agreed separately.

The music is produced with artificial intelligence tools; the lyrics, where present, are written by the creator. We state this plainly.

Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, we make no warranty that copyright subsists in each track. We grant you every right we hold in the material, on an "as-is" basis, with no guarantee that this right is complete or free of third-party claims.

Any obligations to collective rights-management societies (for example AEPI, GEMA, PRS, APRA, ASCAP/BMI or their equivalent in your country) for the public performance of music in your space remain your own responsibility. This licence does not discharge them, nor do we assume them.

You use the music only as atmosphere in your venue. It is not redistributed, uploaded to platforms, incorporated into your own work (video, advertisement, production), or sub-licensed to third parties.

It does not cover resale, lending, or transfer of the licence to another venue or person.

It does not cover synchronisation (use in video, film, advertisement, podcast) — that is agreed separately.

We provide no indemnity against third-party or collecting-society claims. The licence is granted "as-is".

The licence is valid for twelve months from the date of the agreement and renews by arrangement.

During the licence you have access to all the material the agreement covers, together with new releases added during the year, where expressly included.
