What we keep
Browsing and sample listening require no account.
If you buy: your email address, which release you bought, when, the amount, and the download grants that were issued.
If you sign in to your library: a temporary session token, stored hashed.
If you subscribe: the status of your subscription and the date of the next renewal.
What we do NOT keep
We never receive and never store card details. Payment happens entirely at Gumroad.
We use no tracking cookies, no advertising networks, and no analytics tools that build profiles.
Why we keep it
To deliver to you what you bought, and so that you can download it again whenever you want without writing to us.
Legal basis: performance of the contract, and compliance with tax obligations where required.
Who else sees it
Gumroad — merchant of record: processes the payment and passes your address to us so that we can deliver.
Neon — the database where orders are kept.
Cloudflare — hosting of the site and storage of the music files.
Resend — sending the message with the download link.
None of them uses your data for its own purposes. We do not sell and do not share data with third parties.
For how long
Order records are kept for as long as needed for you to download your purchase again, and for as long as tax law requires.
Session tokens expire automatically after thirty days.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion.
Write to doric.music.tales@hotmail.com. We reply as soon as possible, within one month.
If you request deletion, you lose the ability to reissue download links for what you have bought. Save your files first.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
