You buy a licence, not the music
With your purchase you acquire a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to listen, with no time limit.
The rights in the recordings and in the lyrics remain with the creator.
A subscription is not a purchase
The subscription gives you the right to listen for as long as it lasts — and only for as long as it lasts. It is not a licence without a time limit, as a purchase is.
You do not download files through the subscription and you do not acquire a copy. When the subscription stops, so does access.
All the usage restrictions that apply to purchased files apply equally to whatever you listen to through the subscription: no redistribution, no public use, no use in a third-party work.
What you may do
Listen as much as you want, wherever you want, without an internet connection.
Copy the files to as many of your own devices as you want — phone, computer, car, backup drive.
Listen to them in a private space, alone or with company.
What you may not do
Redistribute them, share them publicly, or upload them anywhere — YouTube, Spotify, social media, file-sharing networks.
Use them as a soundtrack in a video, film, advertisement, game, broadcast or any third-party work.
Resell them, lend them, or transfer the licence to someone else.
Use them for the training of artificial intelligence systems.

The music is produced with artificial intelligence tools. The lyrics are written by a human, the creator.
We state it here as we state it everywhere: it is part of what this work is, not a detail in small print.
Format and delivery
The files are delivered as MP3 at 320 kbps.
The download link is valid for seventy-two hours and allows up to five downloads. If it expires or runs out, reissuing it from your library is free and unlimited.
